What Type of Cartridges do we buy?

We are interested in purchasing inkjet cartridges only. We do not purchase Laser Cartridges. Inkjet cartridges fall into one of two categories: Those with a print head incorporated in the cartridge (HP, Lexmark, some Canon) and those without a print head (most Canon and epson). We are interested in purchasing only those cartridges that incorporate a print head.

Check your cartridge for electronic failure

We pay shipping costs for shipments we receive with 10 or more cartridges unless the shipments contains 20% or more defective cartridges or 20% or more cartridges which have been improperly refilled by others. It is in your best interest to send only those cartridges you know to be in good repair. If your printer gives you an error message on a cartridge indicating any type of problem do not send it. This does not include "improperly inserted" messages that disappear when properly inserted. If the "improperly inserted" message persists do not send it. Many HP printers will park a defective cartridge way to the left when the lid is opened. Check your printer manual. Do not send cartridges that have cracks or broken plastic.
