 For years we struggled with one refill technique after another attempting to find a refilling procedure that truly worked consistently on color cartridges. In the last 2 years it has become evident that filling the color cartridges under vacuum is the answer we have been searching for. After much research and testing we are pleased to offer this very inexpensive vacuum filling device that really works! This kit provides a very low cost alternative to the high priced vacuum fill machines being produced by nearly every equipment manufacturer. Using low cost, readily available quality parts you can maintain your own Inkjet Vacuum Filling Unit. The mechanics are made up of medical quality luer fittings, syringes, tubing and Vacuum canister. This brand new unit reduces the time and effort of our original unit. Our customers rate the units Very highly, and many have several units operating in their shops.
 Simplify and Improve! That's what we set out to do and here's the result! This new unit works better than the original with some major improvements. No more measuring the ink into the syringes, simply pull back on the plunger until you have loaded the correct amount of ink into the syringe, use the HandVac to adjust the proper amount of vacuum in the canister and turn the valve on the syringe. The measured ink is dispensed into the cartridge. The lid has a vacuum release valve so you can quickly remove the lid and get another cartridge ready for filling! Final assembly will take about 10 minutes. Minor assembly required. Instruction Manual included. No Vacuum pump required. 8 oz Bottles Included. No ink.

 What's the difference?

The Vac Fill 2 can be used with a simple hand vac to create the vacuum. The gauge shown is not included because they are no longer available. We have reduced the price accordingly. This basic unit works very well.

Option A. The Heavy duty chamber is used (shown below). It is best used with an electric vacuum pump. The canister is so rigid that you simply would have a very difficult time trying to reach enough vacuum using a hand vac.. No handvac, no gauge. For heavier duty use.

Vac Fill Kit 2. This is the same as the Vac Fill 2 above, but without the Wooden Frame. Instructions for a frame are included, however many of the users design their own. No Gauge. Handvac is included, and Vacuum chamber as shown on top photo - Not the heavy duty chamber. You will cut your own tubing and assemble the unit. Instructions included

Vac Fill Kit A. This is an unassembled kit which includes all parts for the Option A unit above except for the frame.

   We recently made a purchase of some used vacuum gauges. These are high quality, normally quite expensive vacuum gauges made by the Jas. P Marsh Corp. I have personally tested each unit. The unit shown has a nice clean face. Most show some discoloration. I have hooked a short piece of 1/8" tubing to the unit with a luer "T" for easy insertion into your vacuum system. We have fewer than 100 of these units and I expect them to sell out quickly.  
 The guage has a short hose with a "T" luer fitting which allows you to place it directly into any 1/8" tubing your vacuum setup uses.
